Payment Methods

• Online with card — secure payment via Shopify Payments
• Cash on delivery — cash payment to the courier upon receipt of the shipment

Shipping

Deliveries are carried out with Speedy courier service, to a courier office, to an automated station (SPEEDY MAT), or to an address specified by you, at your choice when completing the order.

The delivery price is calculated automatically upon order, depending on the weight, size, and destination of the shipment, and is clearly displayed before finalizing the payment — no hidden fees.

Standard delivery time: 3 to 5 business days for Bulgaria, after order confirmation. For deliveries outside Bulgaria, times may be longer, depending on the destination — see details in our Terms and Conditions.

In case of an exceptionally high volume of orders (e.g., during holidays or promotions), the delivery time may be extended by up to 10 business days. In such cases, our team works as quickly as possible to get your shipment to you — thank you for your understanding!
