1 Are the jewelry items gold or gold-plated?

Our jewelry is crafted using a special technology (electrolysis), thickly silver-plated with 0.999 purity silver and thickly gold-plated with 24-karat gold. The necklace chains, rings, and earring hooks are entirely silver and also 24-karat gold-plated.

2 Do you use real flowers in your products?

Yes, we use real flowers, which makes each product unique.

We have the world's largest collection of over 60 medicinal plants – "The Golden Herbs of Bulgaria", located in the Rosarium-Bilkarium near Varna.

3 What is the quality of the gold plating and how many karats is it?

The gold plating is of the highest quality – 24 karats. The material is imported from Italy.

4 What is the quality of the silver plating?

The silver plating is also of the highest quality – 0.999 purity. The material is imported from Italy.

5 Are the necklaces durable enough?

All jewelry undergoes durability tests and is resistant to normal use. However, strong pressure or impact can damage them.

6 Do the jewelry items weigh a lot?

The weight of each piece of jewelry varies depending on the design and the natural material used for its creation.

7 Are they produced in Bulgaria or are they imported?

All our jewelry is handmade by Bulgarian artisans. Exceptions include:

Luxury glass vials, which are imported from China.
Silver chains, which are imported from Italy.

8 Are your products handmade?

Yes, all our products are 100% handmade. The creation of each piece of jewelry involves over 100 different processes to achieve a perfect finish.

9 What is the delivery time?

For in-stock items in Bulgaria, delivery takes up to 2 business days.
Orders are shipped no later than the next day, and couriers deliver within one business day.

10 Can I personalize the products?

Yes, we offer personalization!

In addition to personalized certificates and hand-painted cards, we also provide a special service for personalized gifts.
